Your Peak is my Goal
The goal for Tahoe Peak Endurance and Coach Colleen Conners-Pace, MA Exercise Physiologist,
USAT Triathlon Level 1 Coach is to help you achieve your goals whether they be to improve
your fitness or reach your peak performance. Tahoe Peak Endurance offers mobile lactate
threshold testing to individuals, groups, teams, clubs or shops to assess fitness and to
determine personal exercise or training heart rate or power zones. Being mobile allows
us to come to you making it very convenient. Tahoe Peak Endurance offers one on one coaching,
one on one consultations, personal and/or group training, and bi-weekly exercise classes.
